The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

An ideal starting point for hiking, mountaineering or biking and for excursions to Berchtesgadener Land or Salzburg. Many destinations can be reached free of charge with public transport with your guest card. Bus stop very close. Just 2 km away is the Thumsee one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in the Berchtesgadener Land.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, ski tours or simply to relax in the Berchtesgaden Alps or at the Königssee. You can do your grocery shopping in the small supermarket around the corner. The house has its own free parking space. A bus stop for driving to the city center or Berchtesgaden train station is also nearby.

Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
