The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a carefully and lovingly redesigned retreat for 4 people. On the first floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with freestanding bathtub. The 2nd floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed.

Auf Grund von gesetzlichen Auflagen kann mein offener Kamin nicht mehr genutzt werden , er wird deshalb demnächst mit einem Heizeinsatz umgerüstet. Die Gebühr für Hunde beträgt 10€ pro Hund und Tag
