Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Small two-story cottage. On the ground floor, parking for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living-dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. For sleeping, you can go over the internal staircase to an open mezzanine, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can still be folded out to a full double bed.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - now a horse farm and guesthouse - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by woods and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the yard, such as the slate walkway.
