The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house, has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (width approx. 1.30 m; it is a bit tight for two adults, but it is sufficient for one adult and a child or for two children). You can reach the apartment via a staircase and can sit comfortably in the atrium and have a barbecue...

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the whirlpool and the sauna with an outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck, or, from Wednesday to Sunday starting at 5 p.m., have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app.
