The house is charmingly located in the buffer zone of the forest, on the slope of Mosorny Groń, at an altitude of 700m above sea level. Zawoja is a tourist town, which is a great base for climbing Babia Góra. The village can be comfortably reached by public transport, buses from Krakow regularly arrive here.

The Wanderer's House under the Linden Tree is one of the first brick houses in Lipnica. Bright, spacious and cozy – with large bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and tiled stove. The windows offer a view of meadows and hills. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, it is an ideal place for remote work. The house is located in the Island Beskids – an excellent region for hiking and cycling.
