Our stay at Cédric and Fabienne's was excellent. A very good welcome, very good tips for visits and an impeccable accommodation. The proximity to the tram is very convenient. We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant. We'll probably come back to that.

Presence of very nice and cuddly cats We will come again!!!

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean. In a great part of Toulouse, centrally located within easy walking distance to tourist spots, bars, restaurants and the river. Station close by, and local transport excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay, beds very comfortable and plenty of facilities if you want to cook, but I’d recommend trying some of the local restaurants. Highly recommend a stay here. Host is very responsive and check-in/out very easy.

Emilie is a golden host. Responsive, accommodating and friendly. The studio is in a very quiet building and yet 5 minutes from the metro and shops. Very well equipped, very clean and great bedding which is very important. In short, perfect for a weekend but also for a longer stay.
