Well equipped 3 bedroom semi detached cottage with a NEW shower, situated on a small farm in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Wymbleton Farm has fabulous access to walks and bike trails nearby, neighbouring Holmwood Common and Leith Hill and Holmbury Hill. The 2012 Olympic cycle route around nearby Boxhill. Holmwood station is close and we are 4 miles from the beautiful market town of Dorking. On-site there is secure off road parking for 2/3 cars and safe storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.

Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet semi rural private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.
