Warm and cozy home from the turn of the century. Well maintained with all original wood trim. All bedrooms and bath upstairs on second floor. Appliances, dishes and everything you need to make a meal. Open front and back porches and a big back lawn. Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Big Tree Lane is just off Rt 63, it is a 1 mile private gravel road to our house (can be bumpy)
