This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

We are on the LIRR Babylon line which is a quick and easy 50 minute trip to NYC.

I believe I have a spacious and well-equipped space for a peaceful night's sleep, with a separate entrance, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a television with access through the back of the house. This 1-bedroom 1 bath apartment takes up the entire 2nd floor, giving you total privacy and space. The apt features a comfortable full size bed and a twin bed in the bedroom. Split A/C system throughout the space. 5 mins drive to LIR, 20 mins drive to jones beach, 30 mins drive to manhattan. No Kitchen! No parties and loud music.
