This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Every room is air conditioned and has a wifi access. Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Additional parts of the villa are the pool, indoor and outdoor garage, gym and elevator.
