Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The train station is about 5 minutes away, bus stops can be reached in 2 + 4 minutes. The park on the ponds is just opposite.
