We had a lovely stay at Selim's apartment with our three teenage children. The apartment was recently redone, it is well arranged and very clean. the bedding is of good quality. The apartment is well located, within walking distance of Sultanhameit sites.

I rented the apartment for the second time, very satisfied with the staff. Thank you Madona and Ahmet for your attention, the rooms are clean and if there are household issues, they are quickly resolved. The location of the property is very convenient, close to the Yenikapi metro and bus stop, shops, cafes and clothing market. The promenade of the Marmara Sea is a 10-minute walk away. I was satisfied, next time we will definitely stay at this hotel. P.S For lovers of cooking at home, there is a kitchen in the devices.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.
