We had a wonderful stay at Raabta and truly appreciate the hospitality. The beautiful sunsets, delicious breakfasts (especially the fresh strawberries and mint chutney from the garden, thank you Bhavna!), and quality time with the family made our visit memorable. We loved having Messy around, despite his occasional (guarded) escapades.

Pranav's place turned out as unexpectedly great for a summer retreat. We spent 4 days there in a party of 8 (plus 2 drivers), and honestly, the place could fit in a lot more. The place is beautiful beyond what the pics could do justice. The games room is cherry on top with fully functional tt, pool, air hockey, foosball among others. The best part is the hospitality provided by the caretaker Premji and helper Devendra. The took immense care of us, cooked us wonderful meals and their professionalism went above and beyond. You just cannot go wrong with this place.

Extremely beautiful property located in the hills of Nainital. We were planning to stay here for a day just to visit Neem Karolis babas ashram. But we were so blown away by the peace and beauty of the villa that we extended our stay for another two days and stayed and explored other places in Nainital and enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The caretaker Mr. Mani was so helpful for all our needs and guiding in local sightseeing . The housekeeping is perfect with a dedicated staff coming in daily for cleaning , changing towels etc , it was as if just in a hotel. This is so far the best service I have received in the very many properties we have booked through Air Bnb. Kudos to the whole team for making it such a wonderful experience for your guests.

With a beautiful garden to relax in and being pet-friendly, it's ideal for a family getaway, especially if you’re traveling with pets. The villa itself is spacious, cozy, and offers a peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for a serene and convenient spot to unwind, this place is definitely worth considering!

abhineets place in padampuri is a hidden gem. its tucked away from the crowds of mukteshwar, ramgarh and nainital just enough to have the natural beauty but still close enough to go if you want some hustle bustle. the place itself is beautiful and accessible. i went with parents who are 60+ and they found it very comfortable. the interiors are done very tasrefully and theres a collection of cute comic books and jenga. the help, karan is available for everything and cooks some great homely food. he stuck to our food requests and made sure we were v comfortable. overall great place to go to for a quick getaway or to stay for a while (and maybe write a book!)

A peaceful gem in Sitla, Mukteshwar! The drive from Nainital is smooth with a few manageable slopes. The property sits at the road’s end—no dedicated parking, but you can park right at the gate without issue. The lawn is spacious with fresh mountain air, perfect for yoga, breakfast with a stunning Himalayan view, or evening bonfires under a silent, star-lit sky. Rooms are clean, spacious, and felt brand new (built in Jan 2025). Bathrooms are also spotless and roomy. The real charm is the host, Varun—kind, helpful, and always around to make your stay special. There’s 24x7 house help; cooking and utensil washing aren’t included but can be arranged at an extra cost. Highly recommended for a serene, nature-filled escape!

The property is good, but the service provided by the staff truly enhances the experience. They are always available to assist and guide you. The food, particularly the local Kumaoni cuisine prepared by Tara Singh, was a hit with everyone. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay.

The Arudra Villa has absolutely stunning views. It has three bedrooms. Two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. It’s a dry kitchen only but you can find almost all the restaurants, grocery store and local market within a radius of 5kms max. Sanchita was a great host. Very prompt with her responses. She gave us all the contacts and the list of restaurants before we arrived in Mukteshwar. (Chirping Tales and Chandi Mati have some amazing food.) It’s a small hill station so remember everything closes by 9PM. If you are going to enjoy winters - please note there is no room heating and the rooms are big and very spacious. So either take room heaters along or let Sanchita know if you need heavier quilts. It gets extremely cold once the sun sets. Also there aren’t any toiletries so make sure you don’t forget to bring that. I absolutely loved staying at Sanchita’s. She will tell you everything you need to bring in advance. She’ll help you with all the details. The estate manager will arrange for wood if you want to warm yourself up next to the fire. It’s a beautiful property to get away from the city and just unwind and reconnect with your loved ones.

The place is beautifully made & very well maintained. The approach road to the property is quite steep which is very much expected on hills. The caretakers were very good and honoured all our requests. The cook made exceptional food and served us hot food even at 12 midnight. The views from the property are not mind blowing but the overall property is very good. The club house needs some attention and maintenance though. Club house was the only disappointment. Rest everything was amazing. Must Stay!!

The view from the property was beautiful. Spacious rooms, bathrooms were clean, and proactive staff. The food prepared by the chef was decilious. You won't find many cafes nearby but the options were decent. A great place in mukteshwar for family and friends. Anushka was extremely responsive as a host. Overall 5/5

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
