A kitchen with living-room space, a bedroom and a bath only for you. The ideal spot for eating, living, sleeping and watching TV. Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. You are live on the country side and public transportation is limited - especially on the weekend. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

The apartment is integrated in a quiet residential area in a house. The residential area is located directly on the Rhine.  The Rhine is just 500 m away as the crow flies, not even 1 km on foot. On the Rhine there are many beautiful bays with a sand-gravel beach, which are accessible by wide paths.  Shopping facilities can be found 1.8 km away on foot and 5 minutes away by car. There are (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Edika, Rossman, kik, Aktion). The apartment is all yours.

The centrepiece: a large folding system that opens the entire living area to the terrace – the kitchen then becomes an outdoor kitchen, and the indoors and outdoors merge. Outside, a sauna 🧖 and a green retreat just for you await. ❄️ Air conditioning for hot days, 🐾 Dogs are welcome. The forest and fields on the outskirts of Bürstadt are within easy reach.
