“Karen, I wanted to say that I appreciate the quality of your Airbnb and highly recommend it! Two weeks was a long stay, but I was completely comfortable. I have never seen a place as clean. How do you do that? The kitchen was very well supplied. I liked the small touches like graters, good chopping knives, a lemon juicer, a good tea pot and things like that. So 5 stars for sure for all of the normal things like supplies, furnishings, comfortable bed, bright bright spacious fee and cleanliness. You should get extra stars for the decour though. You have an artists touch. I found the choice of art and decoration to be very uplifting during my stay. My advice to others, book early! Stops I particularly enjoyed in the area: Goose Rocks Beach for long walks, Edwin L. Smith Preserve trails, the Eastern Trail for biking and the Boulangerie for fresh bread and pastry in Kennebunk. Thank you again Karen, I hope to come back. Eric”
(Professional cleaning and air purifier) Our Barn Board Abode Studio is the perfect getaway for a few quiet days on the coast of Maine. The entire space has been built from reclaimed materials that we have acquired over the years of collecting. We are two minutes from the Atlantic Ocean by car (1.8 miles) and just minutes from Ferry Beach State Park.
“Delightfully comfortable and sparkling clean space for a couple. We had lots of privacy while knowing that our host was close by. All the amenities we needed for a visit to the coast. Comfy bed. Great shower!.”
Time for a beach vacation! Cozy home right across the street from Pine Point! Located within a block is a market and deli, restaurants, and a gift shop. Just 20 minutes drive to the heart of Portland, you won't want to miss the local breweries and shopping in Old Port. Kayak rental nearby. Be sure to check out our other listings!
“Wendy’s house was perfect for our family of five. Each kid got their own room (as did we) and we even had our own bathroom! all the beds were very comfortable. It was also great to have a full and well-equipped kitchen. Laundry access was another plus. The heat/ac was so efficient, and Wendy provided comfy blankets and towels. We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Pine Point is a gem- easy access to OOB but on a quiet, flat, and wide part of the beach. Where else can you run for 10 miles on a sandy beach? Pine Point can’t be beat, and Wendy’s place is as comfortable as an all-season beach house can be!”
