The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

We have a small miniature pig, and behind our house is a paddock with horses, just like the Seeberg, which is perfect for walks, picnics, and hikes. Seebergen has bus and train connections, a lake for feeding the ducks, and a small playground for children. Shopping facilities are located in the nearest town (3 km). Combined living room & bedroom (room 1) with double bed as well as TV, play corner and sofa with sleep function. In the fully equipped kitchen with large dining table is the access to the terrace. Small, fine bathroom with spacious shower & underfloor heating. Number of rooms depends on number of guests. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey house, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor space of about 90 m². The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.
