6/30/25 - Our HOA is performing roof construction this summer. It is estimated that our building's roof will be worked on from July 14 to Aug 22. Work will be disruptive 7am-9pm every day. Early check in - We can't always accommodate early check in because of the coordination with cleaners. However if you would like an early check in, then please submit an early check in request and we will let you know if the request can be granted. If we can accommodate your early check in, then there is a $50 early check in fee.
