Etxetxu Ankora

Este edificio, conocido popularmente como Etxetxu, fue construido en 1612 y es el más antiguo del Puerto Viejo, anterior incluso al propio puerto, que fue elevado en 1629, diecisiete años después. Esta singular casa que preside la entrada a la parte alta de la barriada, fue además Ayuntamiento de Getxo durante 22 años (desde 1838 hasta 1860), sede de la Cofradía de Pescadores y Escuela de Pilotaje de los marineros Lemanes. Incluso ha sido escenario de varias películas, la más sonada “Un poco de Chocolate”. Casa Melida

Casa Melida is a stone house almost 200 years old, completely renovated. It is located in one of the districts of Castro-Urdiales, its municipality and right on the Camino de Santiago. In a valley between the sea and the mountains. You can walk to the beach on a wonderful path of about 2 km, at the same distance you can access the Ruta del Piquillo, a walk from the cliffs around Castro-Urdiales.
