This apartment is really insanely cool. A sper nice place with terrace at the top of the apartment overlooking the old city and on the other side the Mediterranean Sea. From here you can walk to the inner city in about 10 minutes, through the old alleys (everything is almost car-free here). In addition, they are super nice owners, a where party to stay here. Highly recommended for anyone going to Split! Really super cool place!

The place is amazing, I'd be happy to go back! Silvana and her son are committed to welcoming us and making us feel at home. The accommodation is between the old town and the Marjan hill ideal for visiting the city of Split and going to relax in the hill and the beach! The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, a small bonus in summer for the terrace that allows you to relax after a day of visiting.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

The accommodation is beautiful, even more beautiful in real life. The upstairs terrace with hot tub and views are amazing Everything is spotless, the accommodation is clean, the linen smells good, it has everything you need. Nearby are supermarkets and the main axis to get around. Marijana was a particularly thoughtful and responsive host, we thank her. Don't hesitate!

The two of us spent just under two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 About the property: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed guest manual with information. Several times a week (2-3 times) fresh towels were provided. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). Along the harbor promenade are some restaurants and bars. In September, the pebble beach was not crowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

The apartment met our requirements exactly: clean accommodation, no unnecessary frills, centrally located so that we could easily reach all hotspots. 5 stars !!!! Thank you!!

Great place with an amazing outdoor space!!! Just few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We were two couple and a 3 years old kid and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Really recommended!

Great stay in this beautiful villa. Clean, easy to access and conveniently located between airport and the city of Split, we recommend this villa. Our host was very attentive and checking in regularly. We were able to take advantage of the very well-maintained pool. Both bathrooms are very handy. The two terraces and the barbecue area are very nice. The proximity to the railway is not a big problem because there is little traffic. The village of Kastel Stari includes a beautiful seaside and a beautiful hinterland with beautiful hikes. Very good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dijana’s place in Split from 1 May to 4 May 2025. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located-within easy walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions. Dijana was a fantastic and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was well-equipped, and the area was peaceful yet vibrant. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Split and would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
