Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

We, that is Maurice, our two sons and I, live in the house ourselves. 🔑 The apartment has a separate entrance and you can, if you like, easily remove the key from a key box. I will also be happy to welcome you personally.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub are available for shared use. Bed sheets will be provided. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the attic.

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

In this accommodation there is the adventure playground directly adjacent to the cottage. The children can play carefree, while the family can enjoy the peace on the terrace. The nature outdoor swimming pool is located three minutes walk from the holiday home. The Harz is also within half an hour.
