We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to breweries and wineries. It was a great spot for a weekend with friends, and our two dogs were happy too! Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here. We love the park across the street out the front door and the bay out the back door. Last time here I fell in love with the easy chair and ottoman in the living room and took pictures. Now I have one just like it at home. That fireplace was perfect coming in after a walk in the brisk fall air.

The Church House was absolutely the perfect spot for 2 ladies to relax, knit, and explore the Leelanau peninsula - but also had equally easy access down into TC! It was so cozy, full of amenities (extra blankets, pillows, stocked kitchen for cooking!!!), and comfortable. The listing is accurate - despite being on a busy road, the house is well-insulated from noise. The backyard garden is charming, plenty of seating and shade. The owners are great communicators and checked in several times throughout our stay. Close to the Leelanau trail, easy drive to great restaurants, easy drive to the yarn shops - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to come back!
