I really enjoyed my stay! The place was peaceful, private, and had beautiful views. It was also conveniently close to town for anything I needed. The outdoor space was a lovely —perfect for relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again!

Really a wonderful spot. If you care about design and decor, you’ll love it. Very well thought out details throughout the cabin. Had everything you’d want. The amenities on the property (hot tub, sauna, hammock etc) were so great to have and really added to the relaxing evening experience. Communication was insanely prompt every time, and Meng had excellent local recommendations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Loved this place.

We had a fantastic stay! Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful, he arrived right when we got there to walk us through how everything worked, which made settling in super easy. The place itself was beautiful, cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Rena was a pleasant host, she was very responsive and accommodating! “Roost with a View” was very clean and family friendly. After an easy check in were greeted with a plethora of indoor activities and comfortable seating. We would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Love this place. Stayed here multiple times for a yearly music writing retreat with my band and hopefully will continue for years to come. Piano is in tune and sounds great, very peaceful place with a amazing view. House is extremely clean and neat. Beds are very comfortable. Fire pit and hot tub are top notch. Host's are very responsive and accommodating.

Kelly was very easy to work with and The communication was wonderful. We enjoyed a great stay with friends and felt very comfortable in the home.

Debra and Mike are such warm friendly hosts who really care about your stay and maintain the property so well The house was perfect for us and another family, really charming clean and cozy, and so fun for the kids. Kitchen was very well stocked and had lots of cookware and tools Kids had so much rummaging through their play stuff they have around the spacious living room and running around the well maintained outdoor area, plus a cute shallow pond that kids love to explore Endless firewood for bonfires or the indoor wood oven, all nearly stacked around the property. They’re also so helpful, even helped us with our car keys mishap gladly in the middle of their dinner :) We had a great time and would definitely come back!

This place is amazingggg. Such a perfect experience. I’m so glad I came here. I love it so much I ended up saying two extra days. I wanna keep it all to myself. I don’t even wanna tell you guys about it. 😂 this place really is as perfect as it looks. The beds are so comfortable, the view is amazing. The sounds are amazing. Everything is high quality. Heated floor and seat in bathroom. It’s so peaceful and private. There’s a Japanese style hot tub in the backyard that overlooks the river. And string lights thru the back yard. I love it SO much. Everything here is so intentional. Jenny did an amazing job with this place. And Jenny is so chill and fun. I don’t wanna Airbnb anywhere else - this place has ruined it for all other places 😂

We’ve stayed at the cabin before and obviously wanted to come back. It felt like home the moment we walked in, again, and our entire stay was a good recharge. Although we had rain for 24 hours one of the days, it turned out to still be a relaxing day and we weren’t bummed at all! The sound of the rain all day was super relaxing. Gail is an amazing host on all fronts and super responsive. Having the opportunity to stay in this cabin, you feel how loved it is. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

I went to Joe's cabin for a weekend getaway to clear my mind. You couldn't find a better spot to do that. The cabin is on nearly 200 walkable acres. There is electricity if you wanted to use the lamp (like me) to read a book, journal your thoughts, etc. Though I didn't make use of it - the outdoor cooking space was spacious and accessible. There are plenty of outhouses for doing your business. And the walking paths are serene. If you're in the need to clear your head, but be close to a nice town (Ithaca is less than 30 minutes away) - book!

Anastasia's cabin is a delight and very cosy. It was a lovely stay and Anastasia was extremely helpful to make it even easier. Highly recommend.

Super clean space that had everything we needed. Even with the main house close it still felt private with the entrance and hot tub facing the field. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly!

Sugar Run Cabin was the perfect place for a quick getaway - it had all the amenities of home. Robert was a super attentive host and my companion was very familiar with the area so we never got lost. We had the perfect weather for the hike to Angel Falls and other sights along the way. We definitely plan on using this cabin again!

Third time staying here and as always had a great time. Will come again as my son and I have made it a yearly ritual to come and unwind and enjoy nature. Thanks Debbie!

My Group and I had an absolute blast here. Host was available during the entire trip, and was super friendly!! We had a long drive so our arrival time was a little later than expected. Shelly really went the extra mile making sure the home was ready for our arrival. 10/10 Would recommend staying here. We will return!

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

This is the perfect stay for hiking nearby state parks of New York and winery hopping on the wine trail! Amber’s cabin was clean, cozy, and a great location for everything we wanted to do. Although the cabin does have limited amenities, the bed was comfy to sleep in and the mini-fridge was a savior! We used the bonfire outside, which did have chairs provided, and it was so peaceful and homey. Both of us felt very safe and secluded in this cabin. The walk to the bathroom/shower is short and clean! Both Watkins Glen and Buttermilk State Parks are a 30 minute drive and Taughannock State Park is a 15 minute drive from this spot. There are TONS of wineries anywhere from 5-30 minutes away, which is perfect for hopping! Amber was a great host because she was responsive and provided us first timers to the finger lakes some recommendations that we tried and were not disappointed in! Overall, we highly recommend Amber and her cabin. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay here again! :)

I stayed in a room, the cabin was muddy due to renovations on the property. The room was just like a hotel room with a bed alarm clock private bathroom ect. It echoed in the room and didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave as the cabin. But it was an ok deal for last minute booking.

Just what we needed. We went to Oneonta for a concert and didn’t want to drive the 2 hours back home so all we really needed was a bed and this was exactly that. Property owners are really nice and attentive. They had everything setup for us before we got there even got the fire pit set up to start a fire. Would definitely stay again next time we’re up there.

All the people in town were welcoming and so kind. And the views were amazing. And the cabin was so cozy that sometimes it was hard to leave haha. We are originally from a place where everyone is angry and life is rushed. We definitely have an idea where we would like to live one day ❤️

This was our second visit to the cabin, and we look forward to more in the future! The kids loved the animals, horseback riding, fishing, hiking and eating homemade ice cream. The adults enjoyed the beauty of our surroundings, the convenience of a clean, well-stocked cabin and all the relaxing conversations. It was another memorable weekend in the books for us!
