Fully restored and equipped house in the historic center. Located on a pedestrian and very quiet street, it preserves the typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On the first level, we find a double room and a bathroom. On the second level, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Going up to the roof, we find the laundry area.

Our "Can petit" is located in a small urbanization with a very large common pool. In only 50m distance to the other side of the street there is a small cove going down some stairs where you can take a bath in the sea. The beautiful beach of Binisafua is 350m from the bungalow. The bungalow has been completely renovated with much charm in 2019 and offers all the comfort for a relaxing vacation.
