The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It's only 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed ensures a restful night's sleep, the large south-facing balcony ensures that you can let your mind wander in the sun, but the electric fireplace also creates a cosy atmosphere when the weather doesn't play along. The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
