In 13 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kiellinie und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Parken rundum das Haus ist meist problemlos. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Holtenauer Straße fußläufig entfernt ein Parkhaus. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mittendrin, tatsächlich.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover.
