The Moose River is also only a mile away. The famous Swanson River canoe trails are just down the road. There is a local Pizzeria, restaurants and local taverns with live music.

Guests also have use of outdoor riverfront kitchen and grill, outdoor fire pit, and freezers for storing your catch. Whether you are a fisherman, photographer, or explorer, you will love it here. Relax at this comfortable apartment on our 25-acre ranch home. The apartment has a private bedroom, living area with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen and bathroom, and it's own private entrance and patio. This is a quiet, secluded area where we often see moose and sandhill cranes. We are just a 10-minute drive to Soldotna and fishing on the Kenai River and just a 20-minute drive to the Cook Inlet or the Russian River. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
