Bookers CottageThis is a self contained part of our house. Downstairs is a kitchen and the bathroom upstairs there is a seating area and the bedroom. We have a smallholding with sheep and other animals on occasions. The house is located on a fairly quiet lane close to beaches at Bracklesham Bay and the Witterings. The RSPB reserves at Medmerry and Pagham are also close. Chichester is a few miles away and also Goodwood with its racing and other events.
