Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein großzügiges Bad. Den Wohnbereich erreicht man über eine Treppe. Die zusätzliche Schlafempore mit 140-cm-Bett schafft einen weiteren Rückzugsort.Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Genießen.

Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

Kommen, wandern, wohlfühlen und ausspannen, Kraft tanken, Ruhe finden und sich aufgehoben fühlen in unserer Erdgeschosswohnung, die wir achtsam saniert haben. Wir haben den Hof vor 12 Jahren gekauft und bauen, gärtnern und leben hier seitdem sehr glücklich trotz all der Aufgaben die immer noch warten. Inzwischen lebt auch die Familie unserer Tochter Nele auf dem Hof. Nele ist auch immer ansprechbar. Ihr findet uns am Ortsrand von Wald-Erlenbach.
