This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

My place is a studio penthouse on top of a harbor few meters away from the beach, restaurants, parks for nice walk in nature, good transportation, coffee shops and close to other famous entities like Cafe Del mar .Famous beaches are very close . Great for sunset hrs. You`ll love my place mostly because of the large corner terrace which is overlooking a fishing harbor to enjoy some Maltese culture and panoramic views. My place is good for young couples, solo adventures and business travelers.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. Partially dug in the rock by the knights in the XVI century, it was recently converted.The flat is just in front of the sea. Ferry connection to Valletta just 5 minutes. The property is just around 10..15 min taxi from the airport. AC installed in the flat!

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs).
