Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

This peaceful family villa offers an exceptional relaxing stay. It is located in a small village 15 minutes from Durbuy. 3 bedrooms are available as well as 2 bathrooms Suitable for families, couples, and quiet groups of friends. Swimming pool closed for winter (opening in early May) Hot tub (electrically heated) available. Private "Red Court" tennis court renovated in 2022 available 300 m from the house. The Chaumont is suitable for families with children: games - hut - bike path - wifi. Wide possibilities of excursions: Spa (15 minutes), Haute-fagnes (25 minutes), Liège (40 minutes). Capacity: maximum 7 to 8 adults + 4 to 5 children. No parties with too many drinks or drugs.

The vacation home is part of a former farm. We have two vacation homes, one for 8 and one for 10 people and a newly renovated apartment. The two houses are detached on a hill in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The houses are very comfortably furnished and flooded with light through the large patio doors with dream views. The view alone lets the soul wander!
