Comfortable apartment in the countryside near Wissen

Our accessible vacation rental was extensively renovated in 2025/2026 and offers modern living comfort. The adjustable underfloor heating system ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The bathroom has a spacious rain showers. In the kitchen, you will find a coffee maker, a stove, and a dishwasher, among other things. The living-cum-bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, invites you to relax. Public parking spaces are located right at the property. Hiking trails, the regional train station, and shopping options in Wissen are within walking distance.

Apartment with a view of nature

Your vacation starts right away in the new, stylishly and comfortably furnished apartment. In a quiet residential area, located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and cycling tours right away. The apartment has one bedroom, a guest room for two additional guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove), and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably equipped.

Waldaue

Our Waldbach location is on the edge of an idyllic farm in the Westerwald – with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you – your soundtrack to slowing down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surrounding area can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at home.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Lasst den Alltag hinter euch und genießt die Zeit zu zweit 🥂 *Aktuell ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, es steht jedoch ein Ventilator zur Verfügung. Am 22.7.26 wird eine Klimaanlage eingebaut.*

Come in & feel good! Everyone who comes into the wooden house finds themselves in the ambience of a cozy mountain hut. It simply invites you to feel good and sleep here heavenly. Especially in the winter months, it is pleasantly warm and cozy with the tiled stove. In summer it is pleasantly cool and after a long day of hiking you can enjoy the evening here. Cozy mobile home in nature

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. In our small mobile home, you have peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, and the bathroom is on the farm grounds (about 80 m away). We offer 3 parking spaces for overnight stays with a motorhome. If there are campers, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! You are welcome to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.
