Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you live in your own modern apartment with open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs that run free in the yard. Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Several patios with armchairs and sun loungers in all directions. Possibility to borrow rowing boat. You can use your own throwing rod or fishing rod for lake fishing.
