Vacation rentals with a patio in Blaby District

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Philip went the extra mile in every way to help with our stay, meeting us on arrival to local restuarant recommendations. The apartment was functional and well located.

This cute apartment was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the cute “downtown”, parks, train station and more. We will 100% be back. Added bonus - the host’s cute spaniel, Penny.

Amendments In Apartment Were All There Which Was Good And Lovely Hosts

Marcus's place is just idyllic!!! The cottage is beautiful, very clean and stylish. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and TV connected with streaming services. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and they have two fabulous horses. Everything is PERFECT in there, I love this place!

As always another great apartment with Steve. We have stayed a few times in one of his other properties and have always had the best of times.Big tv, comfy big bed, great efficient heating if needed and piping hot water. Very individual, well thought out with everything you need, whether staying in or going out. Castle Donnington is a fantastic location, amazing village with so much to do from shopping for quirky gifts, massage, hair cut or eating and drinking. We have explored them all and loved it. We ate this time at Orissa, an incredible Indian, 5 minutes walk away. Donnington race track is a few minutes drive away. We always feel right at home. The on street parking is always easy.

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Sarah has the most beautiful home, it was so clean and tidy and such a peaceful stay, I have absolutely fell in love with the place, Sarah is such a fantastic host and made sure everything went smoothly, She also left us a complimentary breakfast and a big variety of teas and coffee's, we will definitely be making this a regular monthly stay to ease the stresses of a hectic family life and gaining some quality time together in this beautiful place,

We had a really lovely stay here and would highly recommend the house. It’s brand new, beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

Cosy at 42 is a great little terrace home - nothing better than being able to kick back and relax - you can do this here. The bed is comfy, nice and soft and the Nespresso machine is a nice little extra. Definitely staying again when in the area.

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Great communication from start. Instructions for check in was easy. Very clean and tidy place. Was welcomed with warms and smiles which is always appreciated! Had great sleep would definitely recommend!

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Lovely few days away in comfortable surroundings. We travelled for a theatre visit to see Hamlet at the RSC & to explore Stratford. Location of property was a 1/2 hour walk through a lovely village with the added bonus of a nice pub enroute. Very convenient for town, had everything you could possibly need and more. Sally was very helpful & responsive. Nice outdoor seating area to chill in too. We had a lovely stay & I highly recommend 😊😊
