It has been nice to stay at the appartement. It was clean and we had all we needed. Eli was wery pleasant and helped us with all our questions. Thank you! The third floor caused us a bit difficulties, but after all, we managed well!

Wonderful spacious apartment in the very center of Batumi! There is everything you need, and the hosts are always ready to help with any questions, both household and personal. The sea is 10 minutes away by a slow step with a child, to interesting objects in the old town maximum 20. There are good restaurants and many shops nearby. The hostess of the apartment is an unusually welcoming and empathetic woman. In general, Georgia has left the warmest impressions, I want to come back again and again, because for one trip (especially with a small child) it is impossible to cover at least a small part. Batumi is a fabulous city, a lot of interesting things, for both kids and adults. The only negative is extremely changeable weather and high humidity (rested in the first half of September). We are very sorry that we have not discovered Georgia before, we will definitely be back!

A spacious cabin with everything you need. The cabin has enough sleeping places for a large group. The location of the rooms is very good: two separate bedrooms and a common room, you can go to bed or accommodate children, regardless of the main company. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and utensils. There are plenty of sleeping supplies, towels, blankets, pillows. There is no central heating, but a large number of heaters compensate. A well-maintained courtyard, with a lockable gate: you can put a car, and walk among the tangerine trees. There are shops nearby (by car 5 minutes), a little further away, canteens. The beach is just a short walk away.

Convenient location, rooms are cleaned on time, furniture and interior are a little tired, tiles are broken on the floor, but in general the host does not promise a chic repair. But there is a terrace and territory, because of the greenery, the rooms are dark, but in the heat it is not bad. There was no bed lamp in my room. The bathroom also has a reasonably low ceiling above the sink. There is no hairdryer or kettle in the room, please also also also pay attention. If you add them, and there would be no laundry at all

The place is wonderful. A cozy house with its own small territory. The complex itself has a lot of entertainment (water park, cinema, restaurants, billiards, etc.) Swimming pools are included. The sea is a stone's throw from the cabin. The room itself has everything you need (dishes, towels, towels, iron, hairdryer, hairdryer, umbrellas) and most importantly, air dryer. Great location, nice apartment and fast landlord. We had an issue with smell for a few days which seems to have been due to a leaking pipe but it was solved. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

Very comfortable and tidy, I can recommend the accommodation apartments, which are directly in the heart of Taksim, close to everywhere, so that they are suitable for the conditions you are looking for. Mr. Ferhat is reliable and helpful in all matters. I was going to check out late, he arranged the items and took care of them under appropriate conditions. It saved us time to complete our shortcomings until our clock. Don't waste any unnecessary money, come here. Get Comfortable... Again, I would like to thank Mr. Ferhat with this tool.

I gave the host 5 stars because he's a nice person, and the place is right for the price. The advantage of the place is proximity to all the coastal attractions of Batumi, a bus stop right next door, close to shops, a market and restaurants at affordable prices. Just look for it, but if someone is looking for a very high standard of accommodation, they have to look at higher prices.

I can only recommend it! The host is very welcoming and friendly! If asked she gives good recommendations where to go and she speaks english well (and if she is missing some words, her lovely daughter helps out). Apart from that the room is really clean and comfortable, the kitchen is nice and well equipped and the living room is also cozy. We loved it here and would loved to stay longer if we could.
