In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential house, several barns and a hen house. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Wallian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

It is a beautiful environment where you can take a walk, a bike ride or swim in Lake Mälaren. Magasinet is separate from the host's home, with its own driveway. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights in Mariefred or Strängnäs.

Own boat and free fishing in the lake, swimming in the lake from a raft or boat (not possible directly from land). Sometimes guests in othe house on the farm uses the same lake. The house is surrounded by beautiful forest and garden which gives access to lovely forest walks where you can pick blueberries in the summer and mushrooms in the autumn. It is an indescribable feeling to wake up early in the morning, have a cup of coffee, sit on the balcony and watch nature wake up. Breathe fresh air that is still a little humid after the night, listen to birds, and enjoy nature. In the living room there is a fireplace for heating during chilly autumn and spring.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
