Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenant resides in the bottom level apartment) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, & 3 inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything! NOTE, we do use the dressers & bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Beresford on Lower Herring Lake

The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets. Sleeps 6-8. Queen BR main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen in one & twin beds in the other. Two rollaway comfy cots as well. Bath on each level. Full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit & WIFI. No smoking, no pets.

Main bedroom has a full-size bed & half bath. There's a twin-size bedroom and a brand-new queen sofa bed w/mattress topper in living room. Plus, fully stocked kitchen.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.
