(2.5 km away) The apartment is adapted for two people. Open-plan with social area, kitchen with dining area with space up to the sleeping loft where the loft staircase leads up to the double bed. Toilet with shower and heated floor. West-facing patio outside the entrance. In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and cooking equipment.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer.
