Vill man spela golf så är detta ett utmärkt boende, Tranås GK ligger ett stenkast bort med en trevlig restaurang. Tranås har en vacker natur att vistas i året om, från Villa Linnea har du närheten till tallskogen och bad i sjön Sommen från gemensam brygga. Huset är nybyggt sommaren 2023 och trädgården är under uppbyggnad, där finns en generös altan i soligt läge.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
