This new 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment offers comfortable living, wireless internet, DSTV and wonderful views especially from the upper deck. The apartment has a seperate entrance and offers garaging for a small to medium size car. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the popular Blouberg beach and to a local restaurant. Close to Eden on the Bay which boasts another beach which is a favourite with the many kite surfers, shops restaurants and pubs. We are also on the my citi bus route.

This 80m2 apartment is a 2 minute walk to beach. Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and kitchen area, a lounge area with inside fireplace/braai, a dining area, loft and balcony. It is completely private and has sea views from the lounge and balcony. A popular seaside restaurant/pub is just down the street. Perfect for 2 people but a plan can be made for young children. Well behaved dogs are welcome if pre-arranged. Lovely to go walk/run/kite surf on Blouberg Beach. Shops/restaurant 2km away.

What guests are saying:“SUPER HOSTS! At the end of January we went on a three-week Cape Town vacation. Since we already know a little bit there, we decided to go with Blouberg again. The beach is ideal for surfing and from there it is not a long way to the city. When we were looking for a suitable AirBnB, we immediately noticed Sina and Brent's apartment because the pictures, location and equipment were very appealing. Within a very short time we received very nice feedback that the apartment is still free. When we arrived we were thrilled because the apartment for two people was very clean and comfortably furnished. All we had to do was cross the street and we were at the beach. Simply a place to relax. There was a brochure on the table with all the important information (internet password, tips for restaurants and leisure activities). There were even delicious cookies on the living room table. The hosts just made you feel welcome. We were also able to write to the hosts with questions or requests and an answer came immediately or very quickly. The decor was very stylish and in very good condition. We were also able to use everything without restrictions, eg pool, washing machine, iron, etc. We also had our own parking space, which was very practical. The building complex was also secured by a gate. The apartment was cleaned once a week and in addition to fresh bath and beach towels we also got new bed linen. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would come back anytime.”
