Berghof Latzer (Farm )

Our house is located in the middle of the Walgau between the cities of Feldkirch and Bludenz on a high plateau at 920m. The village of Gurtis is a popular starting point for mountain hikes, mountain biking and recreational walks through the woods. Signposted cycle path network from Lake Constance to Montafon. Excursions to neighbouring Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance and Lindau are always an experience. Within 15 km there is a climbing garden, adventure pool and swimming lakes.

Haus Neyer is located directly in the center of Schruns and yet quietly located. Experience peace and comfort on more than 110 m² of living space with two balconies and large terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains of the Montafon. Attractive shopping and the bus and train station are just a few steps away from the house. In just a 5-minute walk you can reach the Hochjochbahn. In addition, the ski & snowboard or mountain bike rental is right across the street.

Our apartment Schillerkopf is located in a quiet semi-altitude location on the edge of Bludenz with magnificent views of the Schillerkopf and the adjacent mountains of the Rätikon to the Swiss mountains on the Rhine Valley. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with private access and was completely renovated in 2021. The apartment captivates with bright rooms and a spacious, partly covered balcony, which can be used in summer like an extra room.

The Niggen Lodge is located at ground level in the second house of the La Montanara holiday complex, quietly located and directly above the rippling Alvierbach. Nestled in the impressive backdrop of the Brandnertal, the lodge offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains – a place to arrive, breathe and enjoy. Your mountain experience starts right at your doorstep – whether it's hiking, skiing or just popping and wondering.
