Great location, communication was clear, perfect for a weekend in OTR

In all the years I’ve used Airbnb in and outside the US, Terry’s place is by far the best I’ve stayed in. It’s not brand new but it smells like brand-spankin’ new! That’s what I always look for in a place and everything was clean and smelling good like the blankets and sheets. The appliances all work great the floors and carpets are clean. Heating and cooling was great. There is ample parking and check in and out was a breeze. Most of all Terry made me feel very welcome. I felt that we’ve known each other for a long time the way he treated me. Very responsive (will respond in less than 60 seconds no bs!) and very proactive and thinks of what we might need ahead of time He is very easy to talk to and will work with you 100%. Water pressure was strong and we slept really well with no noise throughout the night. You will love your stay at Terry’s! Just a few flights of stairs from the back parking spaces as soon as u open the door that clean fresh scent will greet you and make you smile

Fantastic location and great value. Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The space is thoughtfully appointed, with the garage-style door opening to the balcony off the bedroom being a particularly fun and unique feature. It was also much roomier than the photos suggested. This was a perfect home base for a short weekend in Lexington. Note: It was a quiet weekend at Rupp Arena during my stay, but I can imagine the area gets lively during events. Fortunately, the hosts provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the bedroom, which is a thoughtful touch.

Live like a local -- excellent location, walkable to heart of Richmond. Slept like a baby! - very comfortable beds/linens, great bathrooms, highly functional kitchen/dining. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was as nice as the pictures showed. Roomy yet cozy, and comfortable. Bedrooms on opposite sides so that two couples can share the place. Good location only a short walk to downtown. Two parking spots not far from the entrance. Well-lit neighborhood and home, felt very safe.

Great location. Walkable to downtown Brevard. The apartment was very clean. I liked that off street parking is included.

We had a lovely time spending the holiday in Fayetteville. I wish there was a Christmas tree at the house, but aside from that, the place was great! There was a park close by and the kids really enjoyed playing basketball there. We met a lot of the neighborhood kids and that was a great treat for the littles.

We have shared Cristina's home many times over the last few years. We have booked our next stay prior to going there this time. Cristina is professional and friendly to deal with. She responds quickly to any inquiry and assist in making things happen the way you like it to. The home is spotless, never see any bugs, furniture is comfortable. All necessities are provided. We are so comfortable there it feels like home to us when we are there. I can not speak more highly about Cristina and her property. This was a great house for our vacation. House was very well kept and wonderful bourbon themed charm on many of the furnishings. Nicole and Robert were wonderful hosts and very responsive to our questions and needs. The location is great for visiting the Bourbon Trail, especially Buffalo Trace, seeing the horse farms around Lexington and checking out Churchill Downs in Louisville. We just hope it is available on our next trip to this region whenever that may be.

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach and close proximity to local shops and activities. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Wendy’s place was in an excellent location for our weekend getaway to Carolina Beach! It was close to the pier, which we loved walking to for ice cream. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool on-site.

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the main strip but slightly away from all of the heavy traffic with a bypass to avoid the busy main strip.
