Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Boa Vista

Thank you for having us. We really appreciated the incredible views (sea during day and sky at night). The furniture on the patio was extremely confortable and we were always able to find a desired spot (sun, shadow, protected from wind, sitting, lying,...). The provided breakfast was more than expected (every morning coffee, fresh bread, cheese, ham and more). Furthermore it was great to have available drinks right at arrival.

This is definitely a case of the pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect, beach front with nothing to see except sand and sea, pure paradise. Waking up to the sound of the waves and lovely breakfast on the terrace every morning is just bliss. The accommodation is really flexible so perfect for a couple or a larger family/group of friends. Michela was a brilliant host, very helpful and responsive, she helped us organise trips, hire car and restaurant reservations. Making our stay even more memorable! Whether you are seeking adventure or a peaceful and relaxing time this property and location is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough and would choose it over an all inclusive hotel any day! The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The on site staff were so friendly, pretty much the default setting for the majority of the local people. The only downside was the swimming pool available for guests to use which could do with a lot of remedial attention. It’s cleaned daily so still good to cool off in. You’re two minutes from the beach so what’s not to like. Someone plonked 2 containers opposite which spoilt the outlook, but from the roof terrace it’s no big deal. We found Alma’s restaurant up the road was one of the best for food and service. Delightful place.

We were pleasantly surprised, the house is much nicer than the photos that date. Kitchen is more modern and the decor is super pretty. The bed is comfortable and you can see the sea from the bed. The garden is beautiful with the sea at the end. The owner Emanuela, is very available and welcoming and in addition she offers relaxing massages. The village and a 20 minute walk. There is a very good restaurant, several shops, artisans and a silver dot. There's a larger city 10 minutes away by car easily accessible by bus for 2 euros. The taxi costs 9 euros for the trip even if there are several of you. I would highly recommend it.

The perfect for your beach vacations in Boa Vista. The apartment is only a few meters from the beautiful beach. Cristiana was really helpful and organized transfer and SIM-cards for us. She also gave useful recommondations for activities on the island.

We had a nice time at Guisys apartment. It is very close by the nicest beach of Boavista. the furnishing and equipment was simple and practical. communication with Giusy was very friendly. thank you!

A spacious ,well equipped studio apartment with a good sized balcony with a nice view to the sea and the sunset. Easy walk to estoril beach and to town centre. Dirk was easy to communicate with and Vera was lovely and helpful. Very good value

The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos. It's clean, nice, and very spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need and more to cook. The downstairs bedroom is cozy with plenty of storage and TV. The bathroom has a large shower, a bidet and a piece of furniture to store these things. The upper bedroom is beautiful, made in a dark wood with views of the downstairs room and a small ensuite bathroom. The terrace is huge, with a magnificent view of the bay and the ocean, pleasant at all hours of the day, protected from the wind and very well furnished and furnished and furnished; my favorite place! The apartment is located at the entrance of the city, slightly set back, it is very quiet. The beach and kite club are 2 minutes away, the center is less than 5 minutes away; there is a very good restaurant just behind the house. Giovanni, whom I met when I left, is very friendly and the communication was easy and pleasant.

This second floor apartment was bright a s airy and perfect for a solo traveller. I had breakfast on the large shaded terrace every morning with a gorgeous view of the sea! The terrace gets sunny in the afternoon. The location is great, you're close local restaurants, shops, and beaches. Communication with Yannick was easy and quick. He let checked out at 1pm which was very very helpful as my flight wasn't until 4pm.

Communication with Monica was excellent! She replies immediately, gave a lot of suggestions and was extremely helpful! We had to extend our stay 2 days, as the airport got closed due to a sandstorm. Monica was super! She helped us promptly in getting a new apartment where we could stay even without knowing for how long. Both apartments were sparkling clean and we where happy to stay with her. Thanks a lot!!

Birte is really welcoming, we arrived late and she waited for us to welcome us, the accommodation is perfect 100 m from the very pleasant beach decorated with taste ... and on top of that we had to leave the next morning but as we had to take a ferry that in the evening she let us put down our belongings for the day in another free apartment and also book us a taxi ... it's on the next time I go through boa vista I'll take over the same accommodation.

We were very pleased to have booked this penthouse. You "hang" above all things, have a good view, plenty of space on the two terraces. There was always enough fresh breeze through the floor-to-ceiling windows, so you didn't miss any air conditioning. The sea view would have been a little more and closer for my taste. For this, the kitchen was very well equipped. The water filter was awesome, so the plastic and water were removed. Dishwasher and induction stove - all there. Location is perfect. To the left, you go to the beaches, the most beautiful on the island, because you could also swim there. To the right to the supermarkets and restaurants, all within walking distance. And Wanda was just wonderful, punctual, reliable and always had a tip for us, e.g. where there was live music in the evening. All around a perfect vacation.

Vilma was always responsive about the questions of places to visit, restaurants..... she was also able to rent me a bike, very convenient to walk around faster

Nice accommodation in Sal Rei, walking distance to the beach 5min, to the restaurants 5-10min, felt safe. Many "under construction" buildings and lots around, but it felt like it was like that almost everywhere ;) The apartment had everything we needed. We just noted that the GPS location that was listed in our airbnb booking was not exactly the right spot. The taxi driver from the airport however knew exactly where to bring us when we told him the "casa amarela", but one day a tour guide couldn't pick us up because he went to a different casa amarela first... always specify with "next to the health center" ;)

I had a great time in this apartment, it is very beautiful, clean, very well cared for. It is a quiet and modern residence with security in the evening we have to show white pasta to be able to return after a certain time which is reassuring. Communication with Iza was perfect. She has done everything to simplify my arrival, a very human person who remains available and responds quickly, I will be happy to go back!

Matthew couldn't have done more for us. I even left £40 of English money behind and he transfered it to back to my account,

Our stay was great from start to finish: Any questions before our trip were answered within an hour and were always friendly and helpful. Check in was good, with clear instructions and information by charming Neusa. A small issue in the apartment was taken care of immediately and with a lot of humor by Matthew. During our stay communication was nice and easy, the apartment lovely and the swimming pool and bar a big plus. So a big recommendation from my side!
