Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

Anne’s place is amazing. Very clean. The location is great, very close to Montmartre and metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - not to mention this place is very beautiful

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

An exceptional location, quiet and close to restaurants and the basilica, in a pedestrian area. One upstairs bedroom with all the amenities to be comfortable. And above all, very welcoming hosts, who helped me in choosing my itinerary to reach Paris on foot, and with whom I was able to discuss theater culture and escapism. A very nice meeting, which I highly recommend.

We had a great stay in this lovely little apartment. It is very easy to access, is above all well placed, in a quiet area. Thanks again to Aymeric for being so kind and responsive to all our requests. We would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment!

Catherine is a very welcoming and kind person. Our bedroom (and house of course) was super clean, in a very quiet house and near buses to take the metro and get to Paris.

Thank you for a great days in Paris. Morgan was always helpful, available, and flexible. He was so gracious and we always met a smile when he was ready with a nice breakfast. The place was in an incredibly nice area, and despite the nearby nightlife venues, it was always quiet and calm at night. A small room, with a very small bathroom but everything was fresh, clean and newly renovated. So unless you need some space, this place is perfect. Will be happy to come back. Thank you.

The hostess’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the little gift was such a lovely surprise — thank you! The morning croissants, pastries, and jam were truly a lifesaver during our packed schedule. We’re especially grateful that she offered a takeaway option — it meant a lot to us. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to sit down and chat over a meal, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Paris! And most importantly — the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the Eiffel Tower right from our bed, which made waking up and falling asleep each day feel magical. There’s also a shared rooftop terrace upstairs with an even more expansive view. I’m so glad I chose this place for my first stay in Paris. I really hope it’s available again next time!

The 4 days I spent in Paris with my brother at Philippe and Emmanuel's will have been excellent! The apartment is already superb, but I am not used to sharing the space with the owners, it was a successful first experience. Philippe is the best host you could hope for. Welcoming, helpful, heart on hand... it's also very interesting to chat with him. The icing on the cake, learning that I used to take lemon juice every morning, he went the same day to look especially for me. A rare attention that deserves to be highlighted. The apartment is exactly as warm and cozy as shown in the pictures. It’s in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and within 30 minutes you can easily reach top attractions like the Eiffel Tower, the Tuileries Garden, and the Louvre. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is peaceful and very safe. The guest room was spotless, equipped with smart devices that perfectly suit young travelers, and the bathroom was spacious with a full set of high-quality toiletries. One of my favorite features was the large balcony where you can relax in the sun and even catch a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. Catherine and her family are incredibly thoughtful and communicative hosts. As a first-time visitor to Paris, I felt very welcomed and cared for—from before I arrived to the day I left. Catherine offered detailed advice about transportation, reminded me about the weather, and even prepared a warm dinner for me when I when I arrived late at 10 p.m.—it truly felt like coming home.

Great atmosphere! Very nice hosts. You felt like staying with good friends. The public transport connection was excellent. The host actively supported us with all questions about the practices in Paris and public transport and gave us valuable tips. Super delicious breakfast - fantastic terrace with a fantastic view of the Seine. From the room we could admire the illuminated Eiffel Tower and Montmartre in the evening. Paris experience like a movie! We were at home with real French and enjoyed the time very much!

Of all my travels around the world, it has undoubtedly been the best experience, the friendliness, kindness, attention, details that our hosts had has been unparalleled, respectful, attentive, always attentive to our needs, a very nice, clean home, I felt much better than at home. We never lacked a tea, no coffee, its bread with butter and jam certainly the best! We hope they give us the chance to stay with them again on our return. We stayed one night to go and watch a rugby game at the Stade de France. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's really next door, a 2-minute walk and you're there! Maria and her brother are lovely people! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.
