Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot of land with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cabin has both a terrace under the roof with a dining area and a large barbecue, as well as a large courtyard with a food group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

Guesthouse at 35m3 and loft approx. Each own house is next to it. The house is only available for two adults. We live 10 km from Borgholm. The guesthouse is located on 2.5 hectares of private forest land. Price p/night is incl. Bed linen and swimming, kitchen towels. Arrival after 3pm departure before 10am. Our guests are not allowed to accommodate their own guests. There is no electric car charging at the guesthouse. The nearest charging area can be found in Köpingsvik (6km). Guests leave the guesthouse clean after themselves.

I rent out my cabin at 43m. Fully equipped for 4 people. Free wifi in the cabin. The cottage is very nice and overlooks the Blue Virgin. It is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. First Camp is a 4 star camping located about 500 meters away from the cottage. There are nice swimming opportunities, playground, mini golf course, canoe, bike rental and restaurant. You clean the space yourself. A cleaning fee will be charged if you don't clean before checkout. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Rent weekly with change Sundays period 15/6-30/8. Right in the quiet countryside countryside is the cottage, with large lawn surrounded by forest and gardens. It is a quiet and peaceful place that has room for play and outdoor activities. The cabin is 50 sqm and sleeps 7. Large terrace with sun from morning to evening, dishwasher, gas grill, dining area with many places. With about 10 minutes from Byrum's wonderful beach you can enjoy the sunset at the raukes. Newly-built holiday home in Source, Löttorp, on Norra Öland. 500 meters to Öland Golf Course, 0 meters to nature and relaxation. Accommodates max 5 persons. There are all amenities you need. In addition, a big garden where the kids can play football, jump trampoline while the parents relax on the deck deck facing south. Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.
