Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

Vacation home "Nitzgrund"

The apartment "Nitzgrund" is located on the ground floor of the "Gästehaus am Bramwald". It can accommodate 6 people and offers a large kitchen with dining area in addition to 2 bedrooms. In the bathroom there is an adventure shower. The dining room with secretary serves for eating and staying together. From the living room you enter the covered terrace, in front of which a small garden pond is laid out. The adjoining swimming pool with sauna can be used for a fee by the guests.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

INGE is new 2024! Inge is a modern holiday home in the Sauerland in the resort of Willingen (Upland). The house is built in a special construction on steel chimneys on a steep slope and offers a great view of the place and the surroundings. As a special highlight, Inge offers its guests a heated container pool (April till October). In the meantime, in addition to the fireplace, the small barrel sauna also provides cozy hours for two.

A shopping-center is in the neighborhood and a public-pool is 800 meters away. The Reinhardswald (Forest) is just 900 meters away. This house is not barrier-free! ADULTS ONLY (ab 16 Jahren)! The bed is 1.60m wide!

Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events. Im Kellerbereich steht ein kleines Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
