“wonderful place in silent area, half an hour walk from Mahabodhi Stupa. friendly and collaborative staff. clean room, HOT water... we just loved it! they really try to make you feel comfortable by a bit of subtle incense in the hallway, nice shrine, always toilet paper and bottled water and filtered water available. no howling dogs at night, just a spacious room with a separate shower and sink. no early time was a problem for the staff to bring us with motorcycle when we wanted to attend early practice in the temple grounds. we loved the porridge in the morning. if you like you can eat in the evening from the same dinner they make for themselves. we bought a bread in a bakery and the lady was so nice to roast it a bit. Dominique was very kind to give us some homeopathic or aryuvedic medicines for inconvenient physical complaints. just what you need in such a situation. our stay was unforgettable in a place of many extremes. we recommend others AND we will definitely be back! thank you all for making us feel welcome! <3”

“Best place to stay in Bodh gaya. Different vegetation farms all around, great tea, we had our bathe on the roof under the sun, my friend even taught kids in the school next to the place, and great hosts. Nagdev ji took really good care of us in every aspect. The divine Mahabodhi Temple is a 20 minutes walk.”

“I would love to recommend visitors to Bodhgaya to spend some time with Islam and his family. It is nice, warm and welcoming space to stay and you will find the true essence of India culture, those part nicely nest our heart and mind, those part that keep us warm in winter, bond us together regardless happiness or hardness, surround the family so well. It is more than a bed, a room or etc. The Islam family treat every guest like a member of their family. They make the best efforts to ensure every visitor is taken perfectly care of. I personally respect Islam very much. He has a big family to care for, from old to junior. And a lot of his kids are those abandoned by others. He has been so kind to adopt them so that those kids won't die alone on street. He is a great man! Your stay will surely support the family and thus encourage such good deeds. I would encourage every friend of mine to spend some time with his family if they make their way to Bodhgaya and i encourage you too.”
