We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

One of best places we've stayed in so far. Fozia's interior design skills are kick-ass, very well thought thorough, practical and beautiful. We loved everything about the place. And Fozia is very nice, we enjoyed spending time with her. The places is fully equipped for long stays. The internet and the inverter were damn very reliable, we were working from here for months. The open kitchen and the island felt very homey. The security folks were so nice and friendly. The neighbourhood felt very safe as well. Would love to come here again sometime ♥️

The place is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great option for a stay with friends or family. Though the food options were limited, everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff was respectful and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with heaters, hot water, and electric bed warmers, which made the stay comfortable. However, there were frequent power cuts that occasionally affected access to hot water. Also, keep in mind that the property is located about 30 minutes outside of Srinagar, not within the city itself.

The house is situated at foothills of Sangreshi mountain and the view is so pleasing to eyes especially garnished with the sweet sounds of birds in early morning. As mentioned in listing it is 25 Kms from Airport and takes an hour to reach as the traffic woes are everywhere. Kousar Aunty’s homemade and simple food was amazing and we loved it all. Our return flight was at 7:50 AM in morning and we had to leave by 5:15 AM and Kousar Aunty gave some some packed Sandwiches which we enjoyed at Airport. Really appreciated her waking up so early for us. Mr. Bashir arranged our Cab and I must say the Cab guy was perfect and least annoying and never cribbed for any extended time spent by us in market or else where. One suggestion is if an Electric kettle is placed in the rooms it would be nice and gives some freedom to make tea coffee at any point of time.
