A relaxing and private detached 1 bed converted Barn with Hot tub in a country lane overlooking fields. Regarding Covid-19 I have an extensive cleaning plan in place and will be at a distance in the garden when welcoming you. The key will be inside on the kitchen counter as opposed to me handing it over. A private quirky attic conversion over the garage in the seaside village of Selsey completely separate living to the house . The private guest suite has a shower room and hallway on the ground floor and a studio lounge, kitchen and bedroom area on the first floor (with some restricted head room). A large private garden is also available for our guests, perfect for guests to enjoy the sun and an alfresco dinner or picnic. An outside table and two chairs are also provided in the garden.

Keep in mind that you are under the roof, so if you are 6ft tall it will be super snug for you and won’t have much space to fit fully standing. You have all you need within the room, kettle, microwave, fridge, TV, WiFi. It was perfect for my last minute weekend away.”
In heritage site close to the Bognor Regis Pier. Short walk to town centre, rail station and sea. Small bedroom which could sleep 2 people who know each other well! Tea and coffee facilities and free use of the kitchen. Breakfast cafe 20 yards away - 10% off their menu price. Cat in residence. Owner in residence. Shower room is shared with owner. My guests tell me that you can hear the sound of the sea from the bedroom! Parking pass available at £1.50 per day - Sunday free.
What guests are saying:“Sue has been a lovely during my stay offering me a cup of tea on my arrival which was much needed after the short walk under heavy rain from the train station. The room is a decent size and very comfortable bed. Mia the cat is very peaceful too! Sue will happily have a chat with you and give you advice on the surroundings. She even dropped me at the dealer I was picking my car from in the morning.”
