Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9am to 6pm. You can enjoy 30-degree water, deckchairs and an ice machine. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with BBQ on the banks of the Seine with a lovely modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and views of the Seine. Beds with linen linens are provided and towels are provided as well.

Sheets, towels and linens included. Close to major roads, many activities and a shopping area, it is the ideal gîte for families or groups of friends.

The Colombier d'Yville

Come and stay in this authentic 16th century dovecote with stunning views of the Héronchelles valley (Emma Bovary circuit). In a very quiet area, close to the owners' house, you have a 3000 m² enclosed garden and a heated pool from May to October. This cottage has been furnished and designed while keeping the traditional aspect of the dovecote (exposed framework on the 2nd floor, bricks) while providing modern comfort and neat decor.

POOL AREA CURRENTLY CLOSED Relax in this cozy and quiet accommodation in the countryside, close to the city and several activities (golf, amusement park, visit Rouen and the Normandy coast! Ideal for two or alone to recharge! Enjoy the pool area (which can be shared with the owners) from April to October with its high-height shelter! After a tour of the surroundings, you can rest in the room in the dim light.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
