The bed linen smelled and the house super clean and organized. A very well equiped kitchen. The house is bigger than it looks on the pictures, very airy and cozy. The condominium is great and safe, has a lake to fish, playground and is good for walking. It has a market very close by car, it is great and has it all, even butchery. We went in the cold, so the pool was super cold, but it was possible to enjoy it anyway. Valério was very attentive and cordial. Always quickly answered my questions. We indicate and will be back.

My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. We want to come back more often. Thank you

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Ricardo is an excellent host, always very kind, attentive, available and careful. Nair who helped us with the house is wonderful, very kind to us, excellent cook. We were very happy with the house, big, beautiful, very well cared for, had everything we needed. The condominium is excellent, in addition to being very safe, it also has several leisure spaces and even a market. It was my second stay there and I hope to come back again. I definitely recommend it to any family or group of friends who want to spend a great weekend or holiday.

The house is just like the photos! Espaçosa, cozy and very well equipped! Great and super structured outdoor space! Comfortable rooms! The house is very well located, wooded condominium, very good for walking, close to commerce such as bakery and supermarket! We were well served and the communication was quick when we needed it! It was a delightful holiday! We will definitely be back!

The hosts were extremely kind and always at your disposal. The house exceeded expectations , even better than in the photos, impeccable and tasteful. The complete structure, various entertainment and leisure options, beautifully cared garden, orchard , swimming pool. Dishes, appliances, equipment, all well complete . I and my family spent Easter at Priscila's house. Everything was great, comfy beds and super nice place. We have a wonderful time with our family. The days were cold, so the football court was wonderful and ensured the joy of the children and super cool moments with everyone. Very well located, within the wine route. We indicated a lot! Thank you for your attention and affection during our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

Incredible, clean house, organized, spacious, solicitous host, quick responses... Note 1000! We quickly accepted our complaint of little water in the faucets of the kitchens, explained the reason (and we knew that it would not be possible to resolve during our stay) informed that it would provide a repair to solve the problem. I recommend it!

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.
